First impressions? 1200 Don Mills Road has a spectacular lobby with a luxurious carpet,
lots of dark wood, natural stone accents and plenty of windows to showcase the garden views.
This is a well maintained building with 24-hour concierge.
Take the elevator up to the third floor to Suite 323. Open the handsome front door
and step into the inviting marble tiled foyer.
The large, 11' x 25'7" combination living and dining area is perfect for entertaining.
Our extended family of 20 often enjoyed Christmas dinner and birthday celebrations here.
But it's also a great space for one or two people or a small card party.
If the views out your living room, solarium and bedroom windows look this good on
an overcast day in winter, imagine how great they will be in the spring and summer!
The grounds are beautifully landscaped with flowers, trees and walkways.
There's even a gazebo, fountain and outdoor swimming pool to enjoy.
The 17'8" x 10' solarium is perfect for chatting with guests, reading or just enjoying
the view, and there's plenty of room for a full-sized sofa, chairs, side tables – even a
serving trolley to wheel in your afternoon tea or to serve cocktails.
Just what you've always wanted. A master bedroom that's spacious enough to showcase
your favorite furniture. At 10'11" x 15'4" there's enough room to create a reading area
with a comfy chair and a bookcase, and add a small desk too.
The master bathroom has a large soaker tub to relax your troubles away, as well as
a separate shower and a linen closet to store all your sheets and towels.
The hallway that leads from the foyer to the master suite has a door which separates it
from the rest of the condo. On the left of the hallway is a 9' x 12'5" guest bedroom/den.
In the past the owners had twin beds in this room. For the last few years it's been a den
with foldout bed/loveseat. Just across the hall is a full bathroom.
Of course you want an eat-in kitchen. Who doesn't? The beauty of this one is that
you get light from the solarium windows, and you can close off the area to the foyer
with handsome double doors.
Last but not least, there's storage. Frankly, you can never have enough of it. In addition
to a good-sized locker in the condo building's basement, there are also mirrored-door closets
in the foyer and guest bedroom, plus a walk-in storage and laundry area just off
the entrance hall, and a roomy master closet.
P.S. We haven't photographed the two parking spaces, but they are
side-by-side and close to the elevator.
